Submit Nominee Video for Yourself or Company

Separate Video Submission: Applicants must create and submit a video with a maximum running time of ten (10) minutes. Nominations are uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo (public) by pasting the link in the appropriate area on the submission form. For nominees that need to submit their video post self nomination or blind nominations, nominee can submit their video below.
